I often walk around in my garden looking for ingredients to put in my beer. One of my favorites is flowers from our Linden and Elder trees. They add a nice, "flowery" scent to the beer and are a favorite in the, "Blümlibier" (flower beer) which I make in summer! I also dry them and use them in the winter as well, but they add the most flavor in the spring.
